TANK INSPECTIONS...

It is important that tank inspections be included as part of your system operation in order to continue system longevity and to keep your tank in top operating condition.  For safety alone, NO TANK should be ignored once it is constructed.

Aquastore recognizes the importance of future accessibility of storage tanks for  inspection and/or maintenance purposes and provides a lower access door to easily accomplish this.  There are two types of inspections that are recommended by Engineered Storage Products Co.

EXTERIOR inspections should be performed annually by your system operator to check for damage and to ensure that any safety constraints are performing their design function.

INTERIOR inspections should be performed every 5 years to focus on the interior of the tank when the tank is out of service. The AWWA recommends that tanks be completely inspected every 5 years to assure maximum life and reduced maintenance downtime.

Statewide Aquastore/New England Tank, Inc. has an underwater camera and recording equipment that make it possible to inspect full tanks through the roof manway and/or center vent.  A written report will be provided to the owner. We can inspect ANY TANK! For more information contact us today.
