Aquastore glass coating is applied in the factory under optimum conditions.  Baked at temperatures of 1600 degrees F to fuse the glass to steel, the physical characteristics and corrosion resistance of Aquastore coatings have been thoroughly tested. Special formulations, such as our white vitrium coating with titanium dioxide, are available for specific applications.  Our tank systems are ANSI/NSF Standard 61 certified for potable water contact.  Aquastore sheets are produced with our proprietary Edge coat process, which thermal sprays the edges with a stainless steel alloy.  Add our chlorine resistant sealants and you have a glass-fused-to-steel system designed for durability and minimal maintenance for the life of the tank.
